Best Cars for $15,000 or Under

Top Vehicles Under
$15,000
Valley Motors

Reliability      Fuel Consumption       Quality

#1. Honda Accord 2006 - Known for its V6 engine to be powerful and economical engines out there. For years now, the Accord is still being among the most reliable vehicles, especially during 2006. It has been the most trusted and reliable family car in the industry. Finding one with a clear title, low miles and decent price is rare, so don't pass it up.

#2 Honda Fit 2011 - The biggest of small cars. Utilizing it's given space to the fullest, it drives snappy and quick, qualifying it for an extremely fun little car to drive. Not to mention the money you'll be saving at the pump.

References:

#3 Toyota Prius 2009 - Finding a lower priced AND lower miles Prius is a gem these days for these high demand cars. "Going Green" has never been so popular and that smile on your face as you drive past the gas station is priceless. According to J.D. Power 2011 testing, the Prius topped the Vehicle Dependability study beating out the Hyundai Elantra and Toyota Matrix.

References:

#4 Honda CR-V 2005 - Awarded, again, for J.D. Power's Top Compact Crossover/SUV. The CR-V has been taking home this title for years and its obvious why. The CR-V is a sporty vehicle in the crossover world along with being one of the safest in its class. Honda's reliability has this vehicle ready to take on many miles to come for whoever can snag it first.

References:

#5 Nissan Sentra 2010 - Nissan's spacious, fuel efficient but often overlooked Sentra. The Sentra may not be one of the top cars and hybrids out there however the Sentra does compete in the areas of interior room, safety and gas mileage among higher competitors. Finding a Sentra with low miles that's been well maintained has a long life ahead.

Parents worry over the safety of their kids so it would only make sense to make a list of the safest cars out there. Reliability and quality would also be close behind on the list of must have attributes.
For this list we have searched across the web, taking into consideration information found from Consumer Reports, Edmunds, KBB and our own team for the best "Parentmobiles" out there.

For safety measures, we looked at Insurance Institute for Highway Safety's (IIHS) past favorites. To be one of the "favorites" the car had to pass crash tests with a "Good" average.

Costs for 5 year average is based on normal attributing factors: Insurance, fuel, tax and maintenance.

Who would appreciate the vehicles are based off of how much room, visibility, and ease of access for the little ones as they grow up.

Great Vehicles for Pet Lovers

PET LOVERS REJOICE
Nobody likes being cramped up or uncomfortable, not even your pets. Finding the right vehicle for yourself and for your pets can be a hard thing to do, but today we'll share a few brilliant vehicles that you and your furry friends will love.

These vehicles have been found to be the most popular among the animal lovers. While they may not  be what your expecting, they do provide great options while not breaking the bank.

1. Ford Mustang Convertible
Every dog loves to hold their face out the window and have the wind air-dry the slobber from their mouth at 60 mph. Dog heaven. It doesn't get much better than this for your loyal companion in a Mustang Convertible. Admit it, you love the feeling just as much as your four legged friend does.
(See what we mean?)

2. Toyota Prius
This vehicle is the perfect blend of space for those smaller to medium sized pets and fuel economy. The Prius has a large amount of room considering its overall size. When you add up how much money you'll be saving from the gas station as well, Sparky may be getting a new tennis ball at the end of the day.

3. Ford Escape
Offering room for pets and the family, the Escape can do both. With 4 wheel drive handy, that family hike up the mountains with the pooch is no longer a hassle. Get the family, throw in some lunch and you have a day of fun ahead.

4. Honda CR-V
An animal lovers vehicle. With the CR-V's spacious interior, you can take all your canine friends in the neighborhood for a joy ride with the back seat down. With good mpg and 4 wheel drive, you're ready for anything.

5. Toyota Avalon
Time for a ride with comfort and luxury. No more chilly rides for you and your small friends with heated seats and quality materials. Great mpg follows you on the highway along with amazing comfort in the touring package, meaning those long road trips are no longer a struggle but a nice get-away.

Top 5 Cars for College Grads

For the graduating class of 2013, these two things are most likely to be on their priority list.
  1. New Career
  2. New Car
Here at Valley Motors we can't help much with your career decisions, however, we can help you with finding the best cars for your future! Today we provide a list of 5 cars that have been recommended by various sources that suggest the best vehicles for college grads and their new adventures.

1. Honda Civic 2010 Sedan.
Comfortable, Fuel Economy, and Quality Build. These are the main reasons why a grad would want to go with the Honda Civic. Knowing that the option of cruising across the country for a future job in this reliable car is appealing.

2. Toyota Prius 2009
Fuel Economy really doesn't get any better than this. If you're taking a new job that suggests a lot of travel, the Toyota Prius is for you. With a great amount of interior space, not to mention all the latest high tech gadgets involved, the Prius would be the best traveling companion.

#3 Hyundai Elantra 2008
Hyundai continues to climb the ladder in the auto industry. With the solid handling, reliability and great warranty this car provides, it's hard to go wrong with the Hyundai Elantra. Not to mention that the price on these vehicles are more attractive than other competitors as well.

#4 Ford Mustang 2003 Convertible
What's better than riding in some powerful American Muscle with the wind in your hair? I can't think of much. The availability of jumping from a V6 to V8 for some more horses isn't out of the question either. Reliability on these muscle machines are solid and mpg isn't as bad as you might think.

#5 Mazda MAZDA6 2007
While it isn't a sports car, it's still well recognized as a fun to drive, smooth but powerful, type of vehicle. Again, it represents solid mpg and reliability as well. Making it yet another great choice for a college grad.
